Job Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive company growth and increase market share, optimizing performance across multiple channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to expand market reach, drive lead generation, and achieve organizational growth targets
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including performance ads, email marketing, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Define, track, and manage marketing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics and ROI using analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and customer segment profiling to identify new market opportunities and industry trends
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, email copy, and messaging strategies to optimize conversion rates and user engagement
- Create and manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content, creative assets, and promotional launches across all platforms
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including design, sales, content, and development, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- The ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze marketing campaign data, discover new opportunities, and achieve competitive advantage
- Skilled in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with design, sales, and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with great attention to detail
